PULSE Installation and Usage Troubleshooting

We are aware that in some cases, an error could occur during installation and use of PULSE, related to SQL Server 2008 and PULSE Databases

If you experience any problems during installation of PULSE 14.1.1 or usage of databases after having PULSE 14.1.1 installed, please take one of the following steps:

• Open the digital copy of the readme that can be found on your PULSE DVD and open the troubleshooting page from there
• Go to the PULSE Download page via our online license center (http://license.bksv.com) and open the installation troubleshooting page from the PULSE Download page

On the troublehooting page you will find solutions to known installation errors and usage problems.
